I am really excited to be teaming up with fantastic yoga teacher Minnie Samengo Turner on a Saturday self care workshop Srambled Legs!
The day will consist of -
75 minutes of nourishing Vinyasa Yoga
Nutritious vegetarian lunch with vegan options
A talk by myself on the importance of Mindful Nutrition and Intuitive Eating
45 minutes of relaxing Yin Yoga to wind down.
