Transform your health and mind, with an immersive Well Body, Well Mind programme. Over twelve weeks you will have weekly sessions with Antonia improving your health and providing you with the guidance and knowledge of how to make positive nutritional changes. Weekly at - home yoga classes by yoga teacher, Minnie Samengo, will help reconnect you to your body and the confidence to start moving whether beginner or accomplished student.
